The myPassword website lets you manage your MC password. To do so, you need to set up your myPassword profile by clicking on Edit my Profile:
The following options are available:
Note: myPassword is only to manage MC accounts and CUIMC Exchange/Microsoft 365 email accounts.
If you have not used myPassword yet, please visit it now to set up your security questions before you need to reset or unlock your account! If you do not have security questions in place, you will not be able to use myPassword's feature and will have to contact 5-help to assist you.
NOTE: The 2-minute timer at the bottom of most pages in myPassword prevents others from changing information if you have left your computer unattended. When it runs out you will need to log in again. If you need more time to fill out fields simply click any blank area on the myPassword page to restart the timer.
Your myPassword profile is now set up and can be used any time your account is locked, you forgot your password or you want to change it. Simply use any computer or device connected to the Internet to visit myPassword and instantly resolve account issues.
Note: When you change or reset your password, make sure it is updated on mobile devices or off-campus computers using a network drive. If your phone or tablet is already configured for your CUIMC email account, put the device in Airplane mode before changing your password or it may lock your account by attempting to connect with the old stored password.
If you need a password reset but did not set up your security questions in myPassword or are not able to answer them, you can submit the CUIMC email/MC account Password Reset form (use your UNI to log in if prompted). A technician will contact you to assist with the reset.
