Telephone Repair


To report an issue with your telephone, please call the repair line:  Extension 5-HELP (212-305-4357), option 6.

Your call will be transferred to the NYPH Service Desk. They handle telephone issues for both the university and hospital. Please note that the general turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours.

NOTE: For lines at Russ Berrie, Irving Cancer Research Center or Lasker Biomedical Research Center that begin with 212-851-XXXX, 212-853-XXXX or 212-854-XXXX, please report repair issues to CUIT via askcuit@columbia.edu or 854-1919.
