Getting Started with OneDrive for Business


Steps here help with logging in to the OneDrive for Business portal to access your CUIMC OneDrive cloud storage, or see the bottom of the page for links to help on using OneDrive.

OneDrive can be reached from any device with Internet access, and does not require CUIMC VPN.

  1. Sign in to Web Outlook (or any other Microsoft 365 portal, such as www.office.com) using your CUIMC email account and password.
    If you are off campus, you will also be prompted to use your CUIMC Duo multifactor authentication method, for help see Using CUIMC Email and Microsoft 365 with Duo.
  2. Select the "waffle"/app launcher icon in the upper left corner: App Launcher icon in upper left corner of Web Outlook
  3. Select OneDrive from the list of apps that appear: OneDrive link in list of Apps
  4. OneDrive will open to a default file location. CUIMC email users may see an Email Attachments folder containing recent files they've attached or sent.
  5. A menu with New – Upload – Sync links is above the list of files.
    NOTE: When uploading, individual files must be 100 GB or less.
  6. Sign out by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, then the Sign out link. Sign out link in My accounts menu
