Outlook for Macintosh has a default folder list, labeled On My Computers, that will store messages and other email account data on your Mac's hard drive instead of in your "cloud" CUIMC email/Microsoft 365 storage space.
NOTE: If you use "New" Outlook, it may not yet allow for using On My Computer folders, please see this FAQ for more information. To revert to legacy Outlook for the time being, select Help - Revert to Legacy Outlook from Outlook's upper menu.
Otherwise, if you do not see On My Computer folders in Outlook please follow these steps to view them.
To move items between different folders you can simply drag and drop. Keep in mind that items in the On My Computer folders will not appear in Web Outlook or when accessing your CUIMC email on a different computer or mobile device, however you can manually move or copy them back if needed.
