Epic access is generally via your CWID (NYPH's Center Wide ID account/login credentials), on computers or devices that have been securely configured for Epic.

• If you do not have a CWID, please check with your department administrator or others in your department who have the authorization to create an Electronic Service Access Form (eSAF), or contact the NYPH Service Desk at extension 4-Help (212-746-4357) 
• Epic training is required before access can be added to your CWID. NOTE: The Epic training registration process changed recently; please see current information at the EpicTogether website:
